What jobs should a 12 year old do around the house?

I ask our 12 year old daughter to hoover the stairs and landing on a saturday clean her hamsters out and tidy dust and hoover her room. Apart from that nothing but she wants to earn some money to credit her phone what is a fair amount to pay her and what jobs should she do. I take her to guides once a week but feel she should join a few clubs but all she wants to do is play out with her friends constantly. Should she have time and what time is reasonable on a school night and in the holidays.
