Start Hines Ward or Cedric Benson?

I'm in a tough situation. I have a RB/WR position available. I normally like putting a RB in there. But Benson is coming off a tough week but I can only think it's because the Bengals were behind for most of the game therefore he didn't get many touches. He plays the Ravens this week which is a tough match up but last year in 2 games against them he had over 200 yards rushing. Now Ward has a good match up against Tennessee and is coming off a 100 yard week but I'm not sure about him either because I still don't like Dennis Dixon throwing to him. What's you're opinion on who I should start?
