Polyps and pregnancy?

My obgyn told me that i was having trouble conceiving due to uterine polyps. I was scheduled for a D&C last Friday....AF 2days late so I tested the wednesday prior and got my BFP! Has anyone ever had polyps that interfered w/ them having a healthy full term pregnancy? Im so nervous those darn polyps will ruin this.
