Why do Christians act as if Jesus supplants the Almighty God, the Creator of Heaven & Earth?
Jesus did not supplant God; Jesus IS God. That's what the New Testament teaches. God took on human form so that he could bear our sins and become our kinsman-redeemer. Who else but God Himself is big enough or holy enough to pay the price for our sins?
