What is this game called?

I have trouble finding the game. It's like a space game, where you control a spaceship and you get through different levels, every level gets harder and the attackers get stronger and better. There is also like a boss **** at the end of every level. Also, its multiplayer, and the starting ship is red, if its 2 player then it is blue. The game comes on a disk I am sure, it's not like a bootleg game that you play online. If anyone has any idea, please message or reply.
