Can I leave my cats alone?

ok heres the details. I have 2 boy cats, fixed 9 months old, brothers. I live in a 1 bedroom apt, indoor cats. My fiance and I are leaving early friday morning and will be back sunday night or monday morning so 3 days and nights max. They go that time w/ no litter change normaly (huge box) so thats no issue, and they have an auto waterer, and we would get a food one and leave lots of extra of both. harvey is independant so im not too worried about him, but gordon is VERY attached to me especially at night. They have travled the same distance we are going before, and they can stay where were going, it will just be a hle since we have to drive across 2 states on christmas day to see both families. It would be much less hle with out the boys, but I want to feel sure they are ok home alone. I need advice please!!!
