Nutritional Value of Lucerne?

I've been asked to contribute an article to a wildlife group's magazine. I thought I would like to do it on the nutritional value of the various types of hay so that kangaroo and wombat owners can provide the absolute best diet for their animals. Does anyone know of any links that would give me info on the nutritional value of lucerne, vetch, wheaten, and oaten hay? Thanks in advance.
