I have hyundai-avante-(model 2000),what's the meaning of a sign of (L/B) inside green ellipse in dashboard?

i thought previously it means a low battery but later on i discoveredithas no relation with it also i recognised that it appears when i reduce my speed (break) sometimes and reappear when i accelerate thank you very much for your help
