Why cant i add links...?

Im am trying to ask a question with a picture. Im getting the picture off of photobucket. I know i need to copy and paste the direct link of the picture. But when i paste it and submit the question it wont be underlined and blue and you cant click the link. Why is that and what do I need to do to get it able to be clicked.
