What are the disadvantages of CAD (Computer Aided Design) and CAM (Computer Aided Manufacture) ?

I am doing ICT revision for my GCSE and i came across a question about the disadvantages of CAD and CAM. I can list many advantages but no disadvantages. Can anyone help me?
