V-Cast Phone?

I've had a Virgin Mobile phone since 2005 August,that was my first phone,it costed 50 dollars,now its getting cheaper and cheaper. I want a V-Cast Phone,i saw them for 50 dollars also(decent price). My mom will buy me me one. I heard u can watch videos,stream music and download it. I also heard u can surf the internet,check email and ect. Wich one is the best to get if iwant all that. Tell me about this phone,bills and all of that please. Thanks In Advance!
