Something Weird About Disney?

I noticed while watching the commercial for the Cheetah Girls One World, there is a guy in the movie who is from the Disney Channel p the plate thing. I recognized him immediately. Do you all think maybe the people for the p the plate thing are just hired actors and actresses? BTW, the guy I'm referring to is the japanese dude from bless 4 or w/e. I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed this. I think Disney may be scamming us...?
