Is there any scientific evidence that suggests that racism might be evolutionarily inherited?

I was reading an article on affirmative action and it got me thinking about "bad" racism and "reverse" racism and how it seems man will never be rid of it in one way or another. Is there any evidence to suggest that man is "hard-wired" genetically towards being racist?
