Is it fair to bash (or even fire) Kennedy because he is "injury prone"?? Have people taken this too far? + BQ?

Well I remember he got injured once returned got injured again short after then now he's back and got injured again. but I don't really think they should have fired him they could have still used him as an interviewer.
