Impressions of a coworker who comes to work even when sick?

Difficult to say esp as different company different practices. Most likely ppl are not offended but coworkers may prefer that you stay home and get better before returning to work esp anything contagious. Other ppl hate working through the day or week while sick. Some coworkers get a bit concerned over another being ill where some just leave you alone a bit as to not stress you out more than you may need to be, and prolly used to anyone coughing and stuff as you were not the first to be sick there.
