I need help with a song?

I have a song stuck in my head but i have no clue who sings it or how it goes. All I remember about it is the few lyrics that say 'yes i cry, yes i cry cry cry". Its like from the 90's. I'm not really sure. All i can remember is the melody. Its kind of upbeat but slow at the same time. Its sounds like Kc & Jojo but then again I dont know its been awhile since i've heard it. I would realy like to find that song
