Felt achy Friday at work- fever 100 degrees- left work- husband achy, congested stayed home?

No fever yesterday nor today- some achiness, congestion, sneezing and a slight cough- (husband has same symptoms)can still function- did laundry and ironing- Is it unwise for twenty five year old son to visit- if I disinfect doorknobs, light switches, banisters, faucets and keep six feet away, and don't touch food?
